must warn.....others

not.... much time....to let....people ....know
Socks of Doom.... late yesterday..... ahhhhhhhhhhh....
(followed by the dramatic, yet subtle, final twitch of the foot which everyone who has every watched a death scene in a movie knows is the international sign of fatality)...

How on earth do you make these socks so quickly? You are AMAZING! I average two pair of socks per year. That's right...per year.

Oh, I didn't make these ones - these were received yesterday as part of Sock Wars, and because of them, I am officially dead - out of the tournament - sigh

and I think two pairs of socks a year is great!! - think of how special and exclusive it is to get a pair from you...

What the?
That took a lifetime to get there!
At least you fit a lot of living in while you waited!

Hey, these socks have been around, seen a lot - originated in Seattle, diverted to the Netherlands before reaching me - hell, they've travelled more than I have!

and I left two bodies in my wake, so all is good...

Diverted to the Netherlands! Whoa - you were involved with quite the set of assassins. How very full of intrigue.
They look pretty comfy.

Now, that's definitely a *green* way to die - but at least you did it with warm feet ;) Gorgeous socks, by the way!

Oh no! We've got a sock knitter down! Sock Knitter DOWN!
Sorry about the hit Deirdre. It looks like you stayed in it for a while, though.
I wanted to let you know two packages are, at this very moment, winging their way to you.
They are not dangerous. Repeat, not dangerous. They are, in fact, from your lax Sockret Pal who finally got them in the mail.
Hope you like 'em! They should be less painful then those Sock Wars socks!

And me being coloured blind, I thought the socks were a great shade of yellow..OH Well!

I know they are a crazy color, but hopefully they will keep your feet warm.

Actually, I like the colour - every time I look down it's like having Kermit the Frog at the end of my legs... thank you again - and yes, they are very warm!
